check-in was easy. the staff were friendly. the location was very convenient for the arena. the pub downstairs had a good atmosphere and reasonably priced drinks.

The window did not close properly. It was a bit drafty. there were no hand towels provided in the bathroom. i expected those would be included.

The hotel is close to the venue, REALLY convenient for events. Parking was included for my entire stay, this was a HUGE help. The beds were especially comfortable (i slept SO well!).

unstable shower temperature thin walls

i wasn't too thrilled to find that the room felt a bit neglected. the shower situation was annoying since the temperature was all over the place , with no happy medium to be found. also , the soundproofing wasn't the best , so every little noise from outside seemed amplified , it was disturbing. the room really needed a good airing out , there was a strange odor.

great price friendly staff good food

the pub is a fine find. i stayed to go to wembley arena. the room rate was a great price. staff were really friendly and helpful. the food is good and reasonably priced. drinks prices are also good.

the bathroom paint was flaking, also i noticed bedroom wall stains. the mirror had mould and other people's toothpaste was on it. all this could be easily fixed with paint.
